Whenever I work on projects and it involves painting a female character I usually(if I can) put a mole above the right eyebrow. My wife has one there so it's always a nod of respect towards her. It's why you won't see me painting half naked female characters in my work. Personally I think that style needs to fade already, nothing triggers the eye roll quicker than when I see amazing artists paint this wonderful female warrior and she's nude from her waist to her thighs.
